By using RandomPickly ("the site," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What RandomPickly is

RandomPickly provides free, browser-based tools for random selection — including a name picker, spin wheel, yes/no wheel, team generator, list randomizer, and a small Beta section of mini-games. No account or sign-up is required or offered.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site's systems, and don't use the tools to facilitate anything illegal (including, for example, running an actual real-money gambling operation — these tools are decision and entertainment aids, not licensed gaming software).

3. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. While the underlying randomization is built to be statistically fair (using standard unbiased methods), we don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose — including as the sole basis for a legally binding decision, an official contest, or a financial choice. Use good judgment for anything with real stakes attached.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RandomPickly and its operator(s) are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, branding, and code are owned by RandomPickly. Any names, lists, or labels you type into a tool remain yours — as explained in our Privacy Policy, we never receive or store that content in the first place.

6. Advertising and third-party links

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites. We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
